New book at the Arnoldus Library:
N. T. Wright, Paul and the Faithfulness of God (London: SPCK, 2013)
The book (in four parts) is 1,658 pages long and reviewed as "breathtaking" even if it is a work of" immense scholarship and comprehensive theological intelligence."
The author is a former Bishop of Durham in the Church of England and one of the world's leading biblical scholars. He written over seventy books including one of the more important books on the resurrection, The Resurrection of the Son of God (2003). N. T. Wright is now serving as the Chair of the New Testament and Early Christianity at the School of Divinity at the University of Saint Andrews.
The Arnoldus Library is grateful to Fr. Carlito Reyes (Wales, U.K.) for sending a copy as a semicentennial gift to Divine Word Seminary.
